Severstal Vtormet

Severstal Vtormet remains OAO Severstal's primary scrap collector. Its production sites are situated in Nizhny Novgorod, Tula, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Yaroslavl, Vologda, Kirov, Rostov, Samara, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Moscow and St. Petersburg regions, as well as in the city of St. Petersburg and in republics of Karelia and Komi. Its export sites are located in Murmansk, Rostov-on-Don, Arkhangelsk and St. Petersburg.
