Undergraduate students specializing in metallurgy and mining operations are preferred.
We give senior students and graduates an opportunity to have all kinds of practical training from introductory academic to internship in the
Company's business units, to master required technological knowledge and personal efficiency skills, and obtain experience in working on current
projects of the Company.
We give priority to cooperation with specialized higher educational
institutions, namely: Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, Saint Petersburg
State Polytechnic University, Chelyabinsk State University/Moscow State Mining
University, Petrozavodsk State University, just to name a few. . Cooperation
with each higher educational institution is built on an individual basis and takes into account the graduates' area of expertise.
We work with undergraduate students in two major areas: professional and social.
The first area covers practical training and trainee jobs for undergraduate
students, cooperation between undergraduate students and newcomers in innovative activities, development, in graduation papers, of matters that are
of interest to the business.
The second one covers round table discussions and professionally oriented
meetings with students.
