processes in the Company's activities.
The personnel training and development process is as follows:
Training can be built around a modular system in the intramural or distance
format. Such innovative methods as business cases, distance courses and business simulations are used.
Any employee of the Company can participate in training.
In order to implement those programs, the Company has created the Corporate
University and involves high-class third party experts in the education and consulting areas, leading business schools and universities.
