The Company has developed and implements a set of programs designed to create a system for training of qualified professionals for the personnel
reserve. The program Young Resources includes a set of initiatives intended
to raise young people's interest in engineering and blue-collar jobs of the
mineral resource industry. The program is intended for the following
special-purpose groups: students of comprehensive schools, professional
schools, technical schools, students of specialized higher education
institutions, the Company's young professionals.
The program is implemented in virtually all respective regions of enterprises of the ore mining sector and builds a continuous system for training, professional development and motivation:
For schoolchildren by organizing mining classes in comprehensive schools,
specialized summer camps, municipal training festivals, trainings, excursions
to mining higher educational institutions and the Company's Moscow Office.
For undergraduate students by purpose-oriented cooperation with specialized higher educational institutions, selection of promising students
and cooperation with them to improve professional and social competencies
(practical training, trainee jobs, involvement in solving tasks that are of
interest to the Company, trainings, etc.).
For young professionals by means of a special adaptation, training and development program.

participating in program training are advanced in office within one year.
Events of the program Young Resources involve over one thousand
schoolchildren and undergraduate students.
